How do I create my account and log in?

Logging in

1. On the log-in page, enter your email address and click Send the code.
2. Open the email “Votre code de vérification DanceConnect” (Your DanceConnect verification code) and enter the 6-digit code. It is validated as soon as you type the last digit.

The code is valid for 10 minutes. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder, then use Resend code, available after one minute.

Creating an account

On the log-in page, click Create an account, then follow the steps:

1. Your first and last name.
2. Your date of birth: you must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Your email address, then the 6-digit code received by email to verify it.
4. Your phone number.
5. Your username: the name you will appear under on DanceConnect. It is suggested from your first and last name, and you can change it.
6. A profile photo, optional: you can skip this step.

By logging in, you accept DanceConnect's terms of use and acknowledge that you have read its privacy policy.

In the app

On iPhone, the app's home screen offers Log in, with the same code received by email, and Sign up to create your account. You can also discover the app with Continue without an account.

If you don't receive the code

• Check the address you entered and your spam folder.
• The code is only valid for 10 minutes: if it has expired, request a new one.
• After 3 code requests within 15 minutes for the same address, wait a quarter of an hour before trying again.
• When signing up, the message This email address is already in use means you already have an account: simply log in with that address.
