My studio page already exists: how do I claim it?

Where to claim your page

• On the studio's public page: Vous gérez ce studio ? Revendiquer ma fiche (gratuit) (Do you manage this studio? Claim my listing, free).
• In the Register my studio flow, when the search finds your studio: the Claim button.
• From the link received by email, if DanceConnect has written to you about your studio.

The steps

1. Log in to your DanceConnect account, or create one. Your email address must be verified.
2. State your role at the studio: Gérant / Dirigeant (Manager / Director), Responsable pédagogique (Head of teaching), Responsable administratif (Administrative manager), or Autre (Other, to be specified).
3. Tick “Je certifie être autorisé(e) à gérer ce studio.” (I certify that I am authorized to manage this studio.)
4. Click Revendiquer ma fiche (Claim my listing).

It's immediate: you land in your studio space and can manage the page right away. No documents are requested at this stage.

If something goes wrong

• Email address not verified: first verify your email address from your profile (Ouvrir mon profil (Open my profile) link), then try again.
• Cette fiche est déjà gérée (This listing is already managed): another account already manages this studio. If it's yours, contact support and we will look into it with you.
• Trop de tentatives de revendication (Too many claim attempts): wait a few hours before trying again.
