How do I book a session or an event?
When a studio sells online, book and pay directly in the iPhone app: number of spots, terms of sale, then secure payment.

Online booking is available when the studio or organizer sells their spots on DanceConnect. It is done in the DanceConnect app on iPhone. On the website, class and event pages link to the app; on Android, online booking is not available in the app.
The steps
- Open the event page, or the class page on the date of the session. The button reads Réserver ce cours (Book this class) or Book if it is free or covered by your plan, and Acheter un billet (Buy a ticket) if it is paid.
- Log in if you haven't already: the booking then picks up where you left off.
- Choose the number of tickets and check the Récapitulatif (Summary).
- Turn on I accept the Terms of Sale.
- Tap Payer (Pay), or Confirmer la réservation (Confirm the booking) if it is free, and pay in the payment window secured by Stripe, by bank card or with Apple Pay when offered.
Your spots are held for 10 minutes while you pay. After that, the message “Temps écoulé” (Time's up) invites you to start again.
If it's full
The button reads Complet (Full), Réservation fermée (Booking closed) or Billetterie fermée (Ticketing closed): online booking is no longer possible.
After booking
You receive the notification “Réservation confirmée” (Booking confirmed). Tapping it takes you to your booking, your tickets with their QR code and the payment receipt (icon at the top right). Allow notifications from DanceConnect to receive it. You can also add your ticket to Apple Wallet.
Show your ticket's QR code at the entrance: it is accepted from 2 hours before the start.
Booking for someone else
Take several tickets, then open a ticket and tap Attribuer le billet (Assign the ticket) to enter the person's name. This choice is final.
