How do I put a class or an event on sale?

When creating

At the end of the class or event wizard, two steps are added:

1. Places disponibles (Available spots): the number of spots put on sale. For a class, it cannot exceed the room's capacity.
2. Prix (Price): choose one of your single-class prices, or Autre prix (Other price) to enter an amount. For an event, 0 makes it free.

Click Référencer le cours (Add the class) or Référencer l'événement (Add the event). To publish without selling, choose Publier sans mettre en vente (Publish without putting on sale).

Later, from the Planning tab

• Class: open a session and click Mettre en vente (Put on sale).
• Event: open it and click Mettre en vente, at the top of the window.

Enter the spots and the price, then click Mettre en vente.

What the dancer pays, what you receive

Below the price, a line works out the amounts: for a class, what the student pays and what you receive, after the commission; for an event, what the attendee pays, commission included, and what you receive. See who pays the commission.

A dancer can take up to 4 spots per order.

Good to know

• Once on sale, the price and the number of spots cannot be changed from the website.
• If the sale is refused (for example if your Stripe account isn't ready yet), the class or event is still published, and a message tells you why.
