How do I approve classes proposed by a teacher?
Teachers can propose a class at your studio from the app. You confirm or decline it from the Planning tab.

A teacher can propose a class at your studio from their teacher space, in the iPhone app. The class is only published once you have confirmed it.
Spotting proposals
- A number badge appears on Planning (Schedule), in the left-hand menu.
- On the Dashboard, the To do card shows the proposals to review.
- In the Planning tab, a banner announces the pending requests, and the classes concerned carry the À confirmer (To confirm) badge.
Confirming or declining
Click the class: the Demande de cours (Class request) sums up the discipline, the day and time, the period, the audience, the level and the profile. Assign a room if needed, then:
- Confirmer le cours (Confirm the class): it is published, and the teacher joins your studio's list.
- Refuser le cours (Decline the class): it is not published. The teacher sees the status of their proposal in their app.
- Modifier les détails du cours (Edit the class details): adjust the proposal before confirming or declining it.
Proposed events appear in the same banner, with the Valider (Approve) and Refuser (Decline) buttons.
