How do I add a weekly or one-off class?
From the Planning tab, a wizard asks you one question per screen: class type, day, teacher, discipline, audience, levels, times, dates and room.

A weekly class repeats every week (or every other week); a one-off class happens only once. You make this choice at the start and cannot change it afterwards.
Opening the wizard
- In Planning (Schedule), click Ajouter un cours (Add a class), or an Ajouter un créneau (Add a time slot) cell in the grid: the day and the room are then already filled in.
- On the Dashboard, in the Upcoming classes card, click the + button.
The steps
- Type: Cours hebdomadaire (Weekly class) or Cours ponctuel (One-off class).
- Jour du cours (Class day) for a weekly class, or Date for a one-off class.
- Professeur (Teacher): one or two teachers. To add a new one, see how to assign a teacher to a class.
- Discipline: if it isn't in the list, you can suggest it.
- Public (Audience): Éveil (Toddlers), Enfants (Kids), Ados (Teens), Adultes (Adults), or Tous âges (All ages).
- Niveaux (Levels): asked for depending on the audience chosen.
- Horaires (Times): start and end time, at least 30 minutes apart.
- Dates du cours (Class dates) and Fréquence (Frequency) for a weekly class: first session, last one if you know it, and rhythm (every week or every other week).
- Salle (Room): optional, among the rooms already saved for your studio and free at that time.
- Profil concerné (Profile): Ouvert à tous (Open to everyone), Femmes uniquement (Women only), Hommes uniquement (Men only) or Accès sur sélection (Admission by selection).
Then click Référencer le cours (Add the class): it is published right away. If your ticketing is enabled, two steps are added to put the class on sale: the number of spots and the price.
The wizard warns you if the teacher is already teaching a class at that time, or if all the rooms are taken.
