How do I create my prices?

Creating a price

Click Ajouter un forfait (Add a plan), or + Ajouter un tarif (+ Add a price) at the bottom of a column, then choose the type:

• Cours à l'unité (Single class): for one session. You can also create a cours d'essai (trial class), and set the class length (from 45 min to 2 h).
• À la carte (Class pass): several sessions bought in advance. Choose a class pass or an event pass, the number of classes included (from 5 to 50, or other) and how long it is valid.
• Abonnement (Subscription): recurring access. Choose the number of classes per week (or unlimited) and the billing periods offered: weekly, monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly.

Then enter the age ranges concerned and the price for each one. You can also turn on frais d'inscription (registration fees). Click Enregistrer (Save): the price's name is generated automatically (for example “Carte 10 cours”, a 10-class pass).

Editing, disabling or deleting

• Modifier (Edit): audience, class length, billing period, classes included, price, validity and registration fees. The price type itself cannot be changed.
• Désactiver (Disable): the price disappears from your public page, but you can still assign it to a member. Réactiver (Reactivate) puts it back online.
• Supprimer le tarif (Delete the price): it disappears permanently. If a dancer has it in their cart, disable it instead.

Where dancers see them

Your active prices are shown on your public page, under Abonnements & tarifs (Subscriptions & pricing). Purchases are made in the DanceConnect app.
